Vacation Bible School

Neighborhood Bible Time comes to Powhatan July 25-30, 2010.

Vacation Bible School this summer is Bible Time in our community!  Mount Moriah is presenting Neighborhood Bible Time, a unique and dynamic five-day program for all youth!

NBT begins on Sunday, July 25 and will be conducted nightly from 6:30-9 p.m. (Registration begins at 6 p.m. each evening). This year's Bible Time will conclude with the Friday Night (July 30) Award Program @ 7 p.m. followed by a great time of refreshments and fellowship.

Pastor Thomas Alvis extends a cordial invitation to all youth ages four to eighteen, regardless of denomination, to participate in this week of special activity.

Dramatic stories, Bible drills, lifetime souvenirs, beautiful daily gifts, contests, competition, and refreshments are a few of the exciting features.

One unique feature is the TEEN PROGRAM, having the FORTRESS FRENZY theme which will be held each evening (also starting at 6:30).  The program will be directed by visiting Youth Evangelists and is open to all Junior High and Senior High young people.

Pastor Alvis said, "A program of this nature will increase one's knowledge of the Bible, instill moral character, and enhance one's devotion to God and country."

Everyone is invited to bring a Bible and a friend.  For further Bible Time information call 804-598-5328 or visit www.Mt-Moriah.org.
